The Vigitron MaxiiCopper™ Vi2308A extends Ethernet connectivity beyond the standard 328 feet (100 meters). It reaches up to 3,000 feet (914 meters) over UTP cables. This feature makes it perfect for long-distance data transmission projects.
The Vi2308A delivers pass-through PoE (PTP™). It supports 802.3af, at, and bt standards. It provides up to 74W of power. As a result, his ensures that high-power devices like PTZ domes with heaters work efficiently over long distances.
One of the key features is its MegaPixel Certified (MPC™) status. It handles the high bandwidth needed for megapixel cameras and multiple IP systems. The Vi2308A meets RFC-2544 TCP/IP network bandwidth standards. It supports both one-pair and four-pair UTP wiring.
The Vi2308A is built for harsh environments and operates in temperatures from -40°C to +75°C. It meets NEMA-TS2 standards, making it ideal for tough outdoor settings like warehouses and parking lots.
