Product Return Policy

  • RMA’s requests for Discontinued Products can not be processed. Please contact Vigitron to know if paid repair or replacement for these is available.
  • Products will be accepted for returns only if it has not been damaged, tampered or modified.
  • Product returned as defective must have prepaid shipping (Product under warranty)
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs (including duties and taxes) and repairs cost on a product not covered by
    a warranty
  • Product returned for credit must be in its original condition and packaged with prepaid shipping.
    There will a 25% restocking fee for any products returned after 30 days and up to 60 days from the date of invoice. Product returned as defective and tested as working properly or not a manufacturer defect will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
  • All decisions regarding the qualification of returned goods are subject to the evaluation of Vigitron.
  • Should the defect be found to be due to Vigitron's manufacturing or design process, it will be repaired or replaced if not repairable at Vigitron's discretion. Vigitron will pay freight to return the repair or replacement.
  • There will be no returns or exchanges after 60 days past the ship date or on custom manufactured (made-to-order) products.

We will not accept returned merchandise without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without authorization will not be processed and will be returned at the customer's expense.

How to Return a product?

  1. Create a Request for RMA by logging in to our RMA Webpage. If you do not have an account yet, please click SIGNUP and provide accurate information such as name, shipping address, phone, and a valid email address. This should be the authorized distributor information. The ship-to address is where you want us to ship the repaired/replacement unit.
  2. Please provide a detailed description of the reason for returning the product along with the original PO and/or Vigitron invoice number for our reference.
  3. Please do not send your item until you have received an RMA Number and instruction to do so. You will receive a notification email when your RMA Request is approved. Please provide the “ship to” address where we can ship the repaired or replacement units within 5 days to avoid delays. The RMA will be canceled/closed within 10 days if no response or information is provided. You can also log in to our RMA system anytime to check the status of your request.
  4. Upon receiving an RMA #, login into our RMA webpage to print your RMA form and packaging slip. The RMA # must be referenced inside and outside of the shipping box. Ship your item to

Please note that you will be responsible to prepay shipping for returning the product.

Advance Replacements: Authorized dealer, the distributor can request for an advanced replacement with a new issued P.O. Advanced replacement invoices will be billed if the original item returned is repairable, tested working, or not a manufacturing defect. The original item will be shipped back to the customer.
If an unauthorized dealer, distributor, or end-user requests an advance replacement: A credit card number will be required along with filed credit card authorization form. If the defective unit is not received within 30 days of the RMA issuance or the defect is found not due to Vigitron workmanship, the credit card will be charged in the following manner: Distributors and dealers: Dealer pricing; End-users: list price; All credit card charges will include a 4% processing fee. Vigitron will pay for freight for advance replacements. If the defective unit is not returned with 30 or the defect is found not to be of Vigitron workmanship, freight charges will be added to the credit card billing.

Notes:

  • Unauthorized distributors, dealers, and end-users cannot request an RMA. RMAs will not be issued for returning mis-orders. These requests must be processed via their authorized purchasing agency.
  • Under all conditions, an advance replacement can be either a new production or a re-stocked product at Vigitron’s discretion. All products returned must contain the issued RMA #.
  • All requests for RMAs, for any reason, must be accompanied by the original purchase order number that the products are purchased under.
