Vigitron, Inc. warrants that all Vigitron products, excluding rechargeable batteries, (“Product”), if used in accordance with these instructions, will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a lifetime defined as the duration period of time until the product end of life is announced. After which Vigitron will continue to provide warranty services for an extra period of 3 years. The period covering a valid warranty will be determined by proof of purchase in the form of an invoice from an authorized seller of Vigitron products.
Warranty is not transferrable and will only be provided for as long as the original end-user purchaser owns the product. At Vigitron's option, a defective product will be repaired, replaced, or substituted with a product of equal value. This warranty does not apply if in the judgment of Vigitron, Inc., the Product fails due to damage from shipment, handling, storage, accident, abuse, misuse, or if it has been used or maintained not conforming to Product manual instructions, has been modified, the serial number is removed or defaced.
Repair by anyone other than Vigitron, Inc. or an approved agent will void this warranty. Vigitron, Inc. shall not under any circumstances be liable to any person for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including damages resulting from the use or malfunction of the product, loss of profits or revenues, or costs of replacement goods. The maximum liability of Vigitron, Inc. under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product only.
The rechargeable batteries either contained within Vigitron products or sold as extra batteries for Vigitron products are warrantied to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase from an authorized Vigitron sales partner. The invoice must be presented as proof of purchase and the start of the warranty period.
Usage for other applications otherwise stated will void any warranty stated or otherwise. Further, this warranty will not apply for coverage to damage, fault, failure or malfunction due to external causes or conditions which include accident, misuse, or problems that exceed their stated usage. Nor will coverage apply if the stated product has been serviced by other than Vigitron.
Vigitron will not apply a warranty to products as a whole that depend on battery performance for their specified usage outside of the warranty for the battery should the problem be resulting from battery problems. The determination as to the actual course of such failures and their relationship to non-battery performance which as exceed the warranty limit will be subject to Vigitron’s determination.
The battery warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. As such batteries that do not reach 100% of original charging capacity are NOT covered by this warranty. Warranty will NOT apply if the battery can be charged at any level, maintain the charge and power said product for ANY duration of time
Products that are declared “end of life” will not carry any product warranty or liability on the part of Vigitron.
